Seth Gilbert, LMSW
I am a licensed clinical social worker offering psychotherapy to adults and couples, specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD. My therapeutic approach is multidisciplinary, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, emotionally focused therapy, and mindfulness. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space for my clients to foster a deeper understanding of themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop practical tools for managing their symptoms.
Reaching out can be the hardest step. I’m happy you’re here and look forward to working with you!
