I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Traditional Plans, University of Michigan CMM/Traditional, and Blue Care Network. Please check with your insurance provider about your benefits including copayments and deductibles. All payments are due at the time of service.

For those not using insurance or who require superbills for reimbursement, private pay rates are listed to the right.
